MTPerformance Equine Bodywork utilizes the Masterson Method. This type of bodywork is unlike traditional massage as it activates the horse's nervous system to achieve relaxation and release tension.  Their responses and reactions indicate the location of the tension/restriction, as well as demonstrate when the tension/restriction is released.  This interaction and participation from the horse helps me understand how much pressure to apply, and by sharing these interactions with the owner it improves their understanding of the horse as well.  The Masterson Method is a very successful way to significantly improve the performance, movement and behavior of your horse.  It is truly work that is done with the horse....not to ​the horse.
